Our grade 3/4 had the exciting opportunity to interview author, Jacqueline West, over Skype. The author of a series of books called the Elsewhere’s series spent 50 minutes conversing with our students, answering their questions, listening and responding to their comments about her book. The class just finished reading “The Shadows” and are now reading “Spellbound.” What an authentic and genuine learning opportunity for students in room 7.
