Festive Family Fun Night – December 11

It’s our 1st Annual Mackenzie King Festive Family Fun Night 2014.  Students, staff and families – please join us for a special evening of fun, on Thursday, December 11 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the gym.

Holiday Concert- December 17th at 9:30 a.m.

Mackenzie King’s Holiday Concert will be on Wednesday December 17th at 9:30 a.m.  Please mark this date on your calendar and join us for a fabulous celebration of the Holiday Season with our Mackenzie King students presenting their many talents!

Mackenzie Men of Movember

A few staff members of Mackenzie King Public School have accepted the challenge of growing moustaches to raise awareness, and promote prevention, of prostate and testicular cancer.  

2014 Scholastic Book Fair

This year’s Book Fair is open to students, staff and families from Friday, November 21 to Wednesday, November 26.  Mackenzie King’s School Council are seeking adult volunteers (parents, grandparents, caregivers and community members) to help out as needed.  Any amount of time volunteered would be appreciated to help make this event a success!

PD Day – November 7th Interviews for Parents

Nov. 7th in the morning  is set aside for parent-teacher interviews with respect to Progress Reports which go home on November 3rd.  Teachers will be communicating with parents directly to arrange interview times.  If you wish an interview with your child’s teacher, please reply to each teacher to arrange  a mutually suitable time.
