Say Hi Day- Thursday Sept. 24th

Our shadows move – I wonder why

Look how much our shadow moved between 9:20 and 2:45 pm. Why do shadows move?  Why is it so much shorter? Learning in kindergarten is all about discovering and asking questions.

A butterfly hatched from a chrysalis today

How exciting In our primary division classes. A beautiful monarch butterfly broke out of its chrysalis. The students named her “Honeybar” and watched her sip on nectar before being set free to set out on her journey to Mexico. Ms Sievert tagged her so she can be tracked. IMG_0981
