Our school will be hosting the Annual Scholastic Book Fair again this year!  This is taking place in the school on:

Friday Nov. 20th

Monday Nov. 23rd

Tuesday Nov. 24th

Wednesday Nov. 25th

In order to make this event possible, we need the help of volunteers to help “work” the book sale.  This is a great opportunity to spend some time in the school and see what a great bunch of staff and students we have! It’s also a fitting event for grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, etc… to come in and help out with.  Very casual and relaxed setting.  Various duties may include:  setting up, helping students select appropriate books and sales/purchases.

Hours of the book Fair will be determined by the amount of volunteers who are willing to help.  Proposed times for the Book Fair to run on the above mentioned dates are:  from 10am – 4pm, however, this could changed based on volunteer availability.

This is really a fun event to help out with, and a percentage of the sales will go back to our library for the purchase of some new books!

ANY amount of time volunteered (half an hour, an hour, an afternoon or 2 or even every day if you wish!) would be appreciated to help make this event a success!
