Each classroom works together to decide how they will function as a respectful, safe learning community  so that each person feels respected, and able to learn all year long. Students agree to act and speak in a way that ensures everyone is listened to and feels valued.  We learn to take risks in an environment where questions are welcomed, where mistakes are seen as opportunities to learn, and where student voice is heard.
