Discovering Empathy with Learning Buddies

Learning Buddies in grades 3, 4 and 5 learn and talk about walking in someone else’s shoes. We are a caring community at Mackenzie King. We encourage everyone to show empathy to others at all times. When you have a choice, choose positivity over negativity. It makes our world a better place!

Investigations in Grade 4/5 focus on feedback

Students in room 2 investigated and presented a topic of personal interest. What followed today was spectacular. Using the “Gallery Walk” strategy for sharing, students walked around reading and browsing each other’s research.
